Love this game! 2010-03-09 |
| By S. Ammons |
| This game is so much fun. And it's a great workout too. Basically you try and copy the moves the dancer on the screen is doing. But it gets much more interesting when you start competing against other dancers. It's also a pretty good game for younger kids. My 3 year-old and his 4 year-old cousins both really like it. |

| The game is fun and easy to figure out, you will work up a sweat. The only thing I wish was that there was something to work towards because all the songs are open or even like diffculty levels or something. |

So I love these types of games.... Usually! I had high expectations for this game and none were met!
THE BAD:
1. There are no where near enough tracks...
2. The tracks they have are either really good/fun or really bad.
3. No ONLINE Arena
4. No expandability like the rock band/guitar hero games.
THE GOOD:
1. Of the good songs, the early 90s moves were so true to the song... My favorite is 'can't touch this'... I danced to that song like 5 times; I played it every other track because it was so funny!
2. It wasn't insanely difficult to do the moves but they gave just enough of a challenge
3. It got me off my butt and moving around more than I thought it would.
Though the game had some good points, they weren't in the catagories that would make me call this a good or worth-wild game. If you want a good dance game go old school and get a DDR game. I think the controls could have been more inivative had you had some sort of strap on your leg so it could see both sides of your body move rather than just one.
I will probably eat the difference and trade this crap in rather than even keep it for a party game... If I could go back a week, I would have bought Band Hero instead! |
The Most Fun Ever!!! 2010-03-08 |
| By Anonymous (Mission Viejo, CA USA) |
| My 12-year-old son got this for his birthday and it is totally fun! He's played it with many friends from 1st - 8th graders and they have all loved it! We recently brought it to a party with two other families which included many ages, 4, 9, 12, 12 and several adults ranging from 40 to 'none of your business'. Everyone loved it and we laughed until our sides hurt! We played kids vs. adults, boys vs. girls, and every other possible configuration. It is great fun if you have four controllers so you can have more dancers at one time, but its a blast with two as well. Still smiling days later! Oh yeah, we got a lot of exercise too! And you don't need any dance skills! |
