After reading the first book in this trilogy, I was completely hooked. The second book provided much more action and excitement that The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I found it to be easier to read. I highly recommend this book, and I also recommend this seller.

The story starts out hooking you into the world of a young, highly intelligent woman of whom those claiming to know her actually find out how little they really do know about this quirky, aloof heroine. An engaging plot with characters that keep the interest level high.

Very intriguing and grabbing. Got into it right away. A little fantastical at the end, but by then I was routing for everyone to find the bad guys! What a surprising twist of plot.

I bought the series of three books because everyone seemed to like the books, but the vivid descriptions of violence to girls and women was too hard for me to read. I skipped over those parts and actually quit reading the books. Read the beginning and endings and that was enough. The detailed description of what happened to the girls and women was not entertainment to me. Sure the perpetrators were punished but it seemed the author lingered too long on pornographic details. Sorry, I hated the books. Kept trying to see why they were so popular though.
